Substack plans for 2022
Happy New Year everyone — last year was a rollercoaster ride for most investors and it looks like 2022 won’t be much different. After the release of the December FOMC minutes today at 2pm the markets took a nosedive because it appears the Fed still has growing concerns with inflation and might need to accelerate the QE tightening. Regardless of what the Fed does and how the markets perform in the short term, that won’t stop me from doing my deep dive writeups, quarterly updates, CEO interviews and trying to add value for my subscribers.
Over the past month I’ve added several people to my team that will assist me with my ongoing research and writing. I’m hoping to add another 3-4 team members throughout the remainder of this year.
I’m growing my team because I want to provide more frequent, higher-quality content for my Substack subscribers which will include deep dive writeups on growth stocks, value stocks, small caps, mid caps, large caps and mega caps. Since investors come in all shapes and sizes, it’s increasingly important that we provide a more diverse library of content.
In addition to the deep dive writeups, paid subscribers will also gain access to all sorts of webcasts and private interviews that will not go on my YouTube page.
With all of this in mind, I’m making a few tweaks to the subscription plans including more clarity around each one. I’m also adding a third plan called “VIP”.
Below are the 3 options at https://jonahlupton.substack.com/subscribe
Free subscription “None” — $0
1 deep dive writeup per month
NO quarterly updates
NO portfolio snapshots
NO CEO interviews
Paid subscription: “Monthly or Annual” — $10 per month or $100 per year
3-4 deep dive writeups per month
some quarterly updates
some monthly webcasts
some CEO interviews
These plans will increase to $15 per month and $150 per year in late February but only for new subscribers. Anyone that opts into either of these plans before that time will be locked in for the next year.
VIP Subscription: “Annual” — $180 per year
6-8 deep dive writeups per month
monthly portfolio snapshot
8-12 quarterly updates (possibly more)
weekly & monthly webcasts (including all sorts of guests)
CEO interviews (the goal is 3-4 per month)
These plans will increase to $240 per year in late February but only for new subscribers. Anyone that opts into either of these plans before that time will be locked in for the next year.
I tried to keep this clear and concise — if you have any questions please feel free to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org
Additionally, if there are any exciting “under the radar” companies that you think I should know about and possibly writeup about, please let me know. I’m always looking for new ideas.
